The Palm Desert Lacrosse Classic invites you to join a celebration of lacrosse in the desert! Compete against groups from all over the Western United States in two days of non-stop action. It all takes place at Hovley Soccer Park in Palm Desert. This natural grass, five-field facility includes lighted fields, plenty of parking, and great sight lines. Players and fans are going to love this tournament! We offer competitive (winner advances) play for the older levels and fixed schedules for the younger players. Games begin on Friday at Noon and continue all day on Saturday ending by 6:00pm. We've taken the hassle out of travel planning by arranging discounts a few hotels close to the fields.

Girls Teams?

Each year we've offered play for similar age groups listed below but with no response. We would love to include play for girls so if you are interested please let me know ASAP! Be sure to include your full name, email address, and desired level of play.

Here are the current Divisions of play. Each team plays at least 4 games (most cases 5) over the 1 1/2 days with championship games played at the U15, JV, and HS Open levels.

The goal of EMW Foundation events are to promote the game, raise capital in support of its annual events, and to support local causes. A main beneficiary of this year's event is the SDSU Men's Lacrosse Program. The SDSU Team is self-supported by player dues and donations. They compete in the national club lacrosse league known as the Men's College Lacrosse Association (www.mcla.us). The Team works with its alumni to fund an annual budget of over $80,000.
